Load Testing & Breakdowns
MLN Cranes specializes in Crane Load Testing, ensuring the safety and reliability of your lifting equipment. Our annual load and deflection tests comply with stringent Occupational Health and Safety regulations. We provide certified load test certificates and utilize only certified equipment, backed by memberships in esteemed industry bodies.
Load and Deflection Test
All cranes and hoists are load tested annually in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 1993.
On completion, a certified load test certificate will be submitted to the responsible person and a copy thereof kept at MLN Cranes.
All equipment used for above load tests are certified.
MLN Cranes is a certified member of Lifting Equipment Engineering Association of South Africa.
The Department of Labor has approved us in accordance with Driven Machinery Regulation 18(5) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.
MLN Cranes is a registered member of the Engineering Council of South Africa.
Breakdowns and repairs
MLN Cranes CC offers a 24-Hour, 7 days a week breakdown service assistance.
A wide range of spares on any make of equipment is readily available. Emergency spares are available after hours.
We will submit a detailed report to the responsible person upon completion of all repairs. MLN Cranes will retain all relevant paperwork and copies.
We will supply all spare parts, such as ropes and bearings, with their respective manufacturer or mill certificates.
We will supply all custom-made parts, such as forged or machined components, with a mill certificate.
