MLN Cranes Quality Assurance Policy

MLN Cranes Quality Assurance is an integral part of our company’s business and the system and procedures in use are fully documented in the form of a quality manual and its supporting documents.

The objective of the QA policy of MLN Cranes is to ensure high quality of the products and services provided to customer’s and to ensure that quality requirements are
determined and satisfied throughout all phases of contract performance.

The quality of the products and services supplied by the company is the responsibility of every employee. The Quality Manager has overall responsibility for all matters of quality. All employees, without exception, must assist him/her in ensuring that there is no deviation from policy.

Evidence that quality assurance is effective shall, when required, be available to customers’ representatives so that performance can be assessed.
