MLN Cranes offers comprehensive crane and hoist services to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Our expert technicians conduct thorough inspections and maintenance to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Service / Inspection on Cranes and Hoists
We service and inspect cranes and hoists every 3 to 6 months, as required by law. (Section 18 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993)
We will check all key components and systems of the installation using detailed checklists to identify any areas that could affect the crane’s future productivity.
We will issue a written service report immediately, detailing the condition of each key component and any other findings. The original report will go to the responsible person, while we retain a copy at MLN Cranes.
Services compromise of checking and lubricating all wearing parts and running adjustments. We will carry out minor repairs using a traveling kit of tools. Should any areas require either planned repairs or other attention, an official quotation will be provided for you to assess after service.
Service / Inspection on Slings and Rigging
We inspect all slings and rigging equipment every three months, as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993.
We will mark the completed equipment with a color-coded tag system and submit reports to the responsible person. MLN Cranes will retain a copy of the report.
MLN Cranes will remove and destroy all defective equipment.
A written quotation will be submitted for the replacement thereof with the necessary certification.
